Campaign: HUNTERS GRINDHOUSE & IMMERSIVE 70’S EXPERIENCE

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Invite guests to experience the “gritty, kaleidoscope-world” of Hunters in an immersive series premiere. 

At the center of the time warp was the Empire, Amazon’s Grindhouse, a converted cinema paying homage to the grungy relics of 42nd street. Guests interacted with shady New Yorkers, ate 70s style movie snacks and watched an exclusive “Grindhouse Version” of the Hunters pilot. After thew viewing guests were directed to the nearby bowling alley where they dove deeper into the show’s characters in a killer after party. 

Role: Executive Producer

Outlined timelines, deliverables and brand expectations across internal agency, 3rd party partners and external client teams.

Built 3 person production team pre-event delegating roles and ensuring action items were achieved. On-site team grew to 8 where I outlined on-site responsibilities and oversaw success of execution.

Lead production team through best practices for ticket structure, people movement logistics, permitting and in market outreach securing additional marketing opportunities.

Brought in key vendors to support in event build, capture and execution.

Oversaw PR, Photo and Video showcase to ensure strong event capture and story post event.

Built, managed and reconciled project budget.
