HUNTERS IMMERSIVE 70’S GRINDHOUSE EXPERIENCE

Invited guests to experience the “gritty, kaleidoscope-world” of Hunters through an immersive 4 day series premiere.
At the center of the time warp was the Empire, a converted cinema paying homage to the grungy relics of NY 42nd street. Guests interacted with shady New Yorkers, ate 70s style movie snacks and watched an exclusive “Grindhouse Version” of the Hunters pilot. After the viewing, guests were directed to the nearby bowling alley where they dove deeper into the show’s characters in a killer after party.

Built 3 person production team pre-event delegating roles and ensuring action items were achieved. On-site team grew to 8 where I outlined on-site responsibilities and oversaw success of execution.
Developed timelines, deliverables and brand expectations across internal agency, 3rd party partners and external client teams.
